All returns must be made within 30 days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid RMA# will not be accepted. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a RMA# and further instructions. For proper return please include the following:

Any mechanically defective items may only be replaced with the same model and brand of purchase.
All shipping fees are non-refundable on returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee your shipping return.
Please allow 2 weeks for refunds.
Please contact our customer service within 48 hours to file a damage report with shipping carrier. Damaged items will be picked up from delivered address upon damage notification. A replacement will be issued immediately following the claim.
